Online therapy with Sophie offers flexible, accessible support from wherever feels most comfortable to you—whether that’s at home, abroad, or in between. Sessions take place via secure video call, offering a confidential and consistent space to explore what’s bringing you to therapy, at a pace that feels right for you.
After a complimentary introductory call, the first session focuses on getting to know you and your needs, and on discussing therapeutic recommendations such as the frequency and structure of sessions. This is a collaborative process, with flexibility to adapt as therapy develops and your needs evolve.
Online sessions are available to clients based internationally, with the exception of those located in the United States and Canada due to regulatory requirements.

In-person therapy sessions are offered in a calm, private space in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire, for those who feel more at ease meeting face-to-face or who value the grounding presence of shared physical space. Being together in the room can create a different rhythm—one shaped by presence, quiet, and time set aside from everyday distractions.
Following a complimentary introductory call, the first session focuses on getting to know you and your needs, and on discussing therapeutic recommendations such as the frequency and structure of sessions. Whether sessions take place regularly or more occasionally, this remains a collaborative and flexible process.
The therapy room is intended to be a steady, supportive space—somewhere you can return to with whatever feels in need of care and attention.

Being a teenager can feel overwhelming at times, with social pressures, strong emotions, and changes in how you see yourself and your body. Therapy offers a supportive space to talk openly about what’s going on, without pressure or judgement.
Online therapy is available for teens aged 14 and up, providing a calm and confidential place to feel heard and understood. Sessions are shaped around clear, age-appropriate conversations that support emotional understanding, confidence, and more compassionate ways of relating to thoughts and feelings.
Therapy moves at a pace that feels comfortable and natural, offering steadiness and support as teens navigate challenges and develop skills that can carry forward into everyday life.
A word from Sophie, your therapist
My approach is warm, collaborative, and deeply human. I work integratively, drawing from person-centred and relational foundations, whilst also being influenced by Internal Family Systems (IFS)—a model that helps us understand the different “parts” of ourselves, from inner critics to vulnerable or protective voices, and how these parts are experienced in the body.
IFS offers a compassionate, depathologising lens: rather than seeing yourself as “broken” or needing to be fixed, it invites curiosity about the different parts of you, each trying in its own way to protect or meet a need. This perspective shapes how I hold space, supporting clients in noticing these parts and the physical sensations that accompany them, and in building a kinder, more understanding relationship with themselves.
Alongside this, I draw on evidence-based approaches including CBT-E, DBT/RO DBT, and Intuitive Eating, using them flexibly to support changes in thinking, emotional regulation, and relationship with food and body.
Therapy with me isn’t about fixing you. It’s about creating space for all the messy, beautiful, in-between parts of who you are—and finding new ways forward together, grounded in curiosity, compassion, and connection.
